Experience typical warm and friendly hospitality in luxurious self catering chalets scattered about in the red Kalahari field overlooking a breathtaking view of the sun slowly sinking away on an 800m man-made lake. Learn how to slalom ski during your stay at Lake Grappa, visit the majestic Augrabies waterfalls only 20 km away, go horse riding, qaudbiking, fishing, paddling, picking of your own export table grapes, or simply relax on your own “stoep” with a glass of the finest and a Kalahari fire crackling in the background and absorb this beauty that only Mother nature can offer.

Lake Grappa is easy accessible with a daily flight from Johannesburg or Cape Town direct to Upington followed by a 100km scenic drive along the Orange River wine route to the table grape community of Marchand. Lake Grappa is also a perfect destination for weddings or any other functions with a stunning venue overlooking the lake and Kalahari thorn threes dotted in the red horizon.
